Echt is a word that originates from the Middle Low German term ‘Ä“haft’ and is an adjective used to describe what is real, authentic or genuine.

Our co-founders Dhanushka and Sachini, who were long-term friends and colleagues with vividly different personalities and interests found common ground in their passion for digital marketing. They saw a lacuna in the market for a dynamic agency, which focused on creating client-centric digital marketing strategies.

Taking a leap of faith, they created Echt, a digital marketing agency that was founded around the core belief that uniqueness ought to be celebrated - choosing to work with companies and brands which are as authentic and unique as our co-founders’ eccentricities.
